Something inside my psu rolling around?

Any ideas what is it ? and how can i take it from there?

If it got in, you should be able to get it out.
Likely it dropped in through the fan openings.
You could try getting it out by removing the psu and shaking it so that the standoff will drop out of the fan opening.
Or...
From the position in the photo, you could insert a bit of epoxy to secure it to where it is and not do any damage.

It probably fell from above and through the fan intake.

By looking where it's currently sitting (not touching any vital parts inside the PSU), there's no harm to it. Just keep in mind that you keep tabs on it if you move your PC or PSU, so it won't get lodged between capacitors and short circuit your PSU if you turn your PSU on.
