Hey guys so as you know I got the good and annoying i7 7700k with the hit problems.
now Iv'e managed to set my voltage to 1.184V and get a stable 4.5Ghz(Stock)
the thing that annoys me is when I play games I see the temp spike to 72-77C something between those temps but then goes back to 65-69C after 2 seconds.
Is it going to be safe to keep my temps that way and not damaging the CPU or Its life span?

Solution

Turbo increases the clock rate when conditions are right.
I would expect that the variations you are seeing are based on turbo kicking in or not.
Regardless, 70c. is not an issue.
The cpu will downclock or even shut off to protect itself if it detects a dangerous temperature.
That point is about 100c.

not to worry.

You should be worried after 80C. But ur temps now are high. I would suggest you to keep your i7 on a 4.0-3.5 ghz range if you want good temps. HIGHER GHZ =HIGHER TEMPS

Your temps are fine.
Actually, it is the vcore required to support a given multiplier that determines your temperatures.
If you are using speedstep, you can expect a variation in multipliers, depending on load.
A vcore spiking at 1.4 is not bad.
I7-7700k has a stock multiplier of 42 with a higher boost clock.
If you want to try overclocking, as the "K" is designed to do, then here is what you can expect:
As of 1/13/17
What percent can get an overclock at a somewhat sane 1.4v Vcore.

I7-7700K
4.9 74%
5.0 56%
5.1 26%
5.2 5%

Hi what cpu cooler are you using,
I had a coooler master hyper tx3 that did well on a corei5 2500k (4.4 never over 65 degree) but awful on i5-7600k (4.4 ghz would hit 75 and above) and went to a Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO (now never goes over 60 degree at 4.4 ghz)

I really recommend a good cooler for kaby lake if you plan on overclocking

I got a High End Noctua NH-U12S

As good as it gets.
Do you have adequate front intake to feed the cooler?
two 120mm front intakes or better will do the job, even with a strong graphics card inside.

I got the Case:Carbide Series® SPEC-ALPHA Mid-Tower Gaming Case — Black/Red.
So i have 2 front intake fans and 1 fan exhaust on the back,i have put the fans on medium speed.
