What Power Supply should I buy?

My current power supply is having some fan noise issues. Its a Thermaltake TR2 500w and I've had it since 2014 and now its cooling fan is making rattling sounds from time to time almost as if its hitting against something, but I've checked everything inside the system over and it looked fine. But I'm just having trouble deciding what brand and wattage of psu I would need. My system specs are as follows

CPU: AMD Phenom 9650 X4 2.3ghz
Memory: 8 GB ddr2 ram
GPU: Nvidia Geforce GT 610 1GB
HDD: 640 GB 7200rpm
One Optical Drive

I wouldn't want to spend more than 50$ but still get a decent quality psu no less than 500watts since I plan on using it in my next system as well which at least for the moment I'm considering an FX 8350 or similar as my cpu and using my RX 460 as my gpu in my new system, but that is subject to change possibly. But I'd like sort of a middle of the road unit that isn't bottom end, but isn't top end ether just something that would suit my current needs, my future needs and is decent quality although I'm not planning on using SLI or Crossfire anytime soon and I may not use more than two storage devices and one optical drive.

If your on a budget ? Clean your power supply with high pressure dry air, an find what is hitting your fan ?
Or replace with the same power unit, that's usually a good PSU you will need one comparable to the same or better,
an you'll probably need a few more dollars then just 50.00 $ Don't be to Cheap, this could get costly, an you maybe Sorry. Good Luck
