What is this light meaning and how would i turn it off?
Not sure how it got turned on in the first place, was spam typing a friend and the it was on never knew what i pressed or

Be really helpful if you said what keyboard it is, but my guess is it has to do with Macro's..either you're in Macro button mode, or is Macro set up

It's not about macros. It's the ducky mouse function. Fn+scroll lock.
