Hello.So I bought this new cpu cooler and I have some problems with it.
While idle I have 28-30c but when I open google chrome watch a video or something else I get 36-38 and while gaming 41-44 and I know that that's not normal.I remounted it 3 times,cleaned the paste and the cpu.I tighted up the screws as hard as I could and yes I didn't tighted them very hard the first time because I read that if you do that it's not good but for me it was idk.And I don't hear any noises from the pump.I mean I can hear a small "bzzzz" and I can feel a small vibration from the tubs from the liquid.

CPU I5 4460
GPU GTX 1070 GAMING X
PSU COOLERMASTER G550M BRONZE
MB MSI msi h97 gaming 3
