Good evening guys, I'm Brazilian and I'm using google translate, so please forgive me if some of the sentences come out wrong. Well, it turns out that the voltage of the processor is oscillating very much, between 1.7 and 1.4V, does not fall from 1.7 to 1.4, but it starts to oscillate between 1.6 after five seconds to 1.5, when the tension arrives in 1.3 approximately the computer restarts. The source voltages are very wrong too, the 12V line is at 10.8V, and the most incredible without a powerful video card pulling more power. My video card is stopped because of these voltages, I removed it and will only put it back to work when solving the problems in the voltages.
Well the question is: Can the source cause these voltage variations in the processor?
I'm not very experienced in this area, I'm still a teenager ... Anyway, help me.

Yes, there was a problem with the power supply. But I changed and the problem continued...

Motherboard H81M-C / BR, 4GB Corsair 1600MHz, new Corsair VS400 power supply, Pentium G3250 processor.

The PSU had a ferrite coil stove and a fully deformed capacitor.
