Whats the difference between the Asus 1080 Ti ROG Strix and the Asus 1080 Ti ROG Strix OC - aside from the obvious slight overclock ? - is it the same cooler? different pcb?

I can't seem to OC the ASUS 1080 TI in SLI past +25 on the core clock. Anything above that crashes the cards. Any thoughts? Can anyone help or am I just stuck. I have seen many vids online of people with the same card being able to OC these cards to +100 on the core clock, so I guess I am a little confused unless those results are fabricated
