So I just recently built a new computer with an fx 8350 and am using a liquid cpu cooler, I overclocked to 4.9 ghz at 1.3500 volts and ran some benchmarks for about an hour and I was hitting max temps of about 46 degrees. But when I checked what frequency it was running at it would jump from 4.9 down to 1.4 even with low temps I put everything down to auto and changed the voltage back and still whilst running benchmarks at 100 percent cpu usage it still dropped to 1.4ghz can someone please explain???
