So,
As the title states. A friend of mine went from a Radeon R9 270x to a GTX 1070. After the install, the memory he had been using for almost 2 years suddenly became 1/2 Hardware locked. He has seated and reseated the gpu and memory 4 times already. His motherboard is an Asus M5A97R 2.0 and his CPU is the AMD FX8320. He uses Corsair Vengeance 8gbx2 1600mhz.
Any help is greatly appreciated.
