what increases your Pixel Rate, Texture Rate and Floating-point performance on a graphics card?

what increases your Pixel rate, Texture rate and GFLOPS? does clockspeeds increase the GPixel/s, GTexel/s and GFLOPS? and if so what does increasing your memory clockspeeds increase? does it increase your memory bandwidth?

memory clock corresponds to memory bandwidth. Increasing said clock speed will give small gains in bandwidth.
core clock speed increase will raise pixel rates and such also to a small degree.

Overclocking them wont magically make your card much better though since cards own processing power is more hardware limited than clock speed.
Also overclocking usually requires more power, which requires more cooling, which requires custom coolers, which requires money. It is a vicious cycle.
