I want to know how to overclock this system

i never overclocked before all the guides and videos i don't understand it, does anyone has the full bios setting

The problem with just asking for BIOS settings is that your system will likely require different settings than someone else's, which is why it is important to learn how to do this, if you are planning to overclock. Even systems with exactly the same hardware can overclock differently because the actual components themselves might actually perform differently under loads, stresses and configurations due to tiny differences from manufacturing processes or differences in silicon.
