This computer is going to be used for watching/streaming 4k videos on a 27-inch monitor, but I want to have the option to watch 4k movies on a 46 inch television. This computer is not for gaming, but it may be used for some very light AutoCAD work.

The budget is $800

I want components that will remain useful for many years, as I do not plan to constantly upgrade this rig.

I want to know:
Necessary RAM (speed and amount)
Best CPU for the job (with budget in mind)
Best GPU for the job (once again, no gaming, just need very good graphics for 4k videos/streaming)
