My PC came with an MSI B250M Bazooka Motherboard, which is micro-atx. If I replace the motherboard, can I upgrade to a larger size?

Solution
If the larger motherboard will fit in your case, then no problem. Otherwise you would need new case. And of course make sure new mobo is compatible with the rest of components (in your case, anything with B250, H270 or Z270 chipset should work). Also note that changing motherboard will force you to re-activate windows.

How do I know if my case is big enough?

Could not find detailed info on that case (as it is not sold alone), but judging on its size (from Amazon link "Product Dimensions 20.2 x 9.2 x 21.6 inches") it is most likely standard ATX case, so any mATX or ATX sized motherboard should fit. However, number of stand-offs could potentially be a problem, or their positions if the case is build in a way that they could not be moved. Normal cases never face this problem, but since this is pre-build machine, no way to tell.
