Doesn't that build have a worse graphics card, a lower clock rate (don't most games need a high single core speed than many cores), the motherboard has no in-build wireless and the psu has a lower wattage and the price is overall more expensive??

1. The graphics card can outperform the RX 480 with some overclocking, RX 470 VS RX 480 . Besides you're getting more Vram.
2. You can overclock it as I said earlier.
3. What wireless? If you're talking about Wifi then you didn't mention it and I can change it.
4. The PSU you were going for is overkill since it's only drawing 300w, that's why a smaller PSU was necessary, which is a good save for money. Not much compromise on quality.
5. Usually it has to cost more for better components, but it's giving way better performance still staying under 600$.

It's pointless to try and compare a PC against a gaming console because they're running different software. A game, written for a console is not the same as the same game written for a PC. A game, written for a console has very specific hardware specifications that the game is written for. The same game, written for a PC, has very little idea what the hardware specifications of the PC are and therefore, need to be written for just about any combination of computer hardware.

Same game. Completely different code. That means a completely different gaming experience; sometimes better, often times worse. Don't bother asking to compare PCs vs Consoles.
