Hi everyone, I have the following setup:
- Power 650W 80Plus Bronze
- Intel i5 3330 3.0Ghz
- Corsair 2*8Gb Ram
- Gainward Geforce GTX 970

It worked well for a year. Yesterday I got an EVGA Geforce GTX 970 SuperClocked.
I installed it and it worked, until I've installed the nvidia drivers and rebooted the system, at that point the graphics card stopped working after the windows desktop is loaded. So everytime i boot up the pc it works until the desktop shows, then the computer continue to work but i have no response on the screen.
If I uninstall the drivers it works, but obviously the GTX 970 is useless...

I've done some tries:
- Cleared the CMOS removing the MoBo battery
- Installed the GPU on the second PCI slot
- Reinstalled the OS (Windows 10)
- Changed OS (Windows 7)
- Installed the GPU on a friend PC
- Used Display Drivers Uninstaller (DDU) before installing nvidia drivers
- Installed older nvidia drivers instead of latest one

None of these worked :(
The guy i got the EVGA 970 said that he used it for a year without problems.

What do you guys think the problem is?
Thanks in advance

If it didn't work in your friends PC then it would suggest a broken card.

Could a broken card behave like this? I tought a broken card would just not display nothing or have some other issues, but not behave in such an odd way like this one.
