Looking to upgrade PC, which part(s) should I get first?

Here are my specs:

Windows 10
Intel Core i5-4570 3.20
8 GB RAM
GTX 760

What would you upgrade first? I was thinking processor and more memory probably?

Full specs, please, including PSU details, monitor resolution and refresh rate.
What is your budget for this upgrade?
What are you using the system for? As a gaming rig it's still fairly OK but the GTX760 is going to struggle with current titles and would be my first upgrade if you're after a big immediate boost in frame rate.

1920x1080 144Hz
Idk PSU it should be good though

No budget just want to slowly start upgrading my PC as it seems to be getting slower than usual particularity bad when playing Player Unknown Battlegrounds and on launch up. I game and might try to stream if I could.

With such a fast display I'd go for a faster graphics card first, it'll give a instant boost to gaming, but which will depend on budget.
Long boot times are always an issue with an older Windows installs, try giving the HDD some TLC by clearing it out and defragmenting it first but the obvious upgrade here would be the addition of an SSD.
Adding more RAM may help, but exactly which RAM will depend on the motherboard, 'B' and 'H' series motherboards are limited to slower memory, 'Z' chipset motherboards will support much faster parts.

So I should get a Graphics Card + SSD first? Any ideas for a good card?
One that is good but not overly pricey

Give us a budget mate, your idea of pricey is probably waaay different to mine. How much are you hoping to spend?

^ Yep, not everyone can afford (or needs to) spend a huge amount on their systems, so, please, give a figure you can afford.
In the meantime a few thoughts:
For a decent GPU upgrade the GTX1060 is a far stronger part than the current '760 and gives good performance at 1080 rez with plenty of eye candy enabled, but it's unlikely to push that 144Hz display in demanding titles without dropping said eye candy.

Aim higher and obviously it'll cost more, the GTX1070 would probably be the best cost/performance match for the current system and display-but only if you're aiming at the higher performance the little '1060 is still a decent card at 1080.

At the top of the tree is the now discounted GTX1080, and it's here you need to look very closely at prices, over here in the UK the '1070 and '1080 prices can overlap with top flight '1070s coming in at, or even over the price of some '1080s.

Adding the SSD would, in my opinion be the lesser upgrade, meaning if you have to spend your entire budget to secure the fastest card within reach then go that way, you can add a SSD as boot/main applications drive later.

A budget of 100-300 tops for the card would be all I can do at the moment.. I looked at prices and the 1070 is 300 where the 1080 is 500.

I usually play League of Legends and Player Unknown Battlegrounds and want to stream/ record them. Will 1070 or 1060 satisfy those needs?

Is the 1060 enough for my needs? I game at 1920x1080 or under and don't worry about ultra settings too much (I care more about gameplay)
the price difference between 1060 and 1070 is pretty nice

is the 1060 enough for 144hz 1920x1080 gaming?
