hello all. I recently built a pc and am getting this error code when trying to boot windows 7 from disk. have also tried booting windows 7 from a flash drive as well. same this happens. this is my build https://pcpartpicker.com/list/FWbPGf . cannot boot, it automatically bsod's and get this error message. can access the bios menu, but cant do anything besides that. help!!

moving on, go to bios, do you see the drives ? good
turn pc off, disconnect SSD sata cable, try to boot with cdrom again, do you get the same error or it seems to want to install (Don't) windows ?

turn PC off, disconnected the video card you have in that pc, set it aside, plug monitor to the integrated video card ATI Radeon 3000 and see if you can boot normally with it

It is usually faulty RAM causing the BSOD.

Try with 1 stick. Try both sticks but only 1 at a time.

did you remove it from and using the integrated video port on motherboard ?
did you try with 1080 video card plugged in ?

Test both sticks. If it boots with one but not with the other, return the bad one on warranty.
If both sticks boot fine separately, it's probably too aggressive timings or something. Check manual to see how 2 DIMMs should be installed. There's a process. Try upping DDR voltage a bit too. Like 1.37-1.4 V to see if machine boots and is more stable with 2 sticks.
