Haswell 22nm Technology
RAM
8.00GB Dual-Channel DDR3 @ 798MHz
Motherboard
LENOVO
Graphics
2047MB NVIDIA GeForce GT 730 (Gigabyte)

Power Supply
240W Liteon ps-4241-02 http://imgur.com/a/9nZoD

I want to replace the graphics card and power supply as they are both heating up a lot and its causing issues with my graphics in game (lots of bright colours). It is a small form factor Lenovo Thinkcentre so I dont know if all graphics cards and power supplies will fit, but I am not sure.

Looking for recommendations for what exactly I should do. Cost for both preferably under $300.

Thanks.

Hello back,

Okay, you have a bit of an issue with your PSU. The bright colours (yes, spelling) you see could be a function of the PSU not providing enough power for the system.

I have tried to track down what model of Lenovo Thinkcentre SFF you have, it appears that it is the M82. But I cannot find anywhere that states that this system would come with an i5-4430 so I ask if you have upgraded any parts on this build? I have tried to determine your mobo part number but I am just not sure. If you want to proceed you will have to run this program, it is free and safe,

There is no way that a 240W PSU will be enough for an upgrade but like a lot of IBM/HP builds it is a non-standard size so ordering a replacement is going to be a challenge. First issue is that the mobo appears to have a 14-pin power connector which is non-standard.

You can get 24-pin to 14-pin adapters (am I right on the country?)

But truthfully I would be looking at a new mobo if possible. But before we proceed we need the exact info from CPU-Z.
