Not sure that I understand the setup.
Would normally expect that an existing un-used molex adapter would be used in conjunction with some adapter to match the new GPU cooler's power supply connection.
Or use a "Y" adapter to split some in-use molex connector between the current connection and the new cooler. Also may need an adapter cable.
Google "molex adapters images".
And check in the new cooler's box - maybe they sent (or should have sent) the necessary connections.
