I currently have an i3 7100, a gtx 760 and 8GB of RAM, I only have the intel stock cooler, so I was thinking about a cooler master sedion 240v: https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01HMZLE8M/ref=ox_sc_act_title_2?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE and my mother board is very ugly, only has 2 RAM slots and Is micro atx in a mid tower case so I was thinking about this and some rgb leds to go along with it:
https://www.amazon.co.uk/gp/product/B01MRZXINR/ref=ox_sc_act_title_3?ie=UTF8&psc=1&smid=A3P5ROKL5A1OLE I also only have 150 gigs of storage left so maybe a 2tb wd blue hdd too, please consider looks as I have an nzxt s340 elite, which has a fully glass side panel, this was actually my first build so I know it needs a lot of upgrades, it only cost me 250 pound for all the parts though so I got a pretty good deal. Sorry for the really long thread lol, thanks.

I would get an i5 7500 for the performance aspect and one of those mobos for the 'looks'.

Then, when you can save up some more six months later, I would get another another 8 gigs of RAM and a better GPU with a custom cooler (something like an Asus Strix GTX 1060) - this would tick both the looks and performance boxes.

No need to get a cooler since your stock cooler is fine for the i3.

Which mobo do you currently have? Getting a new mobo will not result in significantly better performance. I would rather spend on an i5 first, and later on a better GPU, assuming the primary purpose of your build is for gaming.

If you've got only 150GB left and you like to hoard movies/games like I do, I'd get the HDD first though.

well the only reason I wanted that mobo was for looks, and yes the primary purpose is gaming, my current mobo is the gigabyte h110m s2h (updated bios)

what if I spent half my budget on increasing performance and the other half on looks? I have about 300 pound and could sell a part as long as I'm replacing it
