Nvidia gtx 1060 low fps.

Hello guys i just recently got an Zotac nvdia gtx 1060 6gb.
I am getting low fps on games.
FPS

BF1 ULTRA = 25 TO 50 (64p MP)
Arma 3 high/standard = 30 to 20 fps MP
GTA V = 45 to 60 fps VeryHigh

Temp when playing games.

CPU 80C TO 90C
GPU 70C
Gpu usage was 70 to 90 percent
Cpu was 40 to 50 percent.
I live in hot area too temp is 41c here.

My Specs
I5 3450 3.2Ghz
asus h61m-cs
Nvidia gtx 1060 6gb
Corsair vs550
8GB ram 1800mhz

The difference between the 2 is almost unnoticeable. Also another problem is that your motherboard doesn't support overclocking and the money would be wasted on the i5. An i7 3770 non k is a good option but its already older and still quite expensive due to it being an i7. I suggest you save up and upgrade later on to a new i5 7000 series or ryzen.

These are the normal fps you should get with your cpu. The i5 is bottlenecking the 1060 a lot in arma and bf1 gta is doing decently fine but is also cpu intensive if certain options are enabled.

usually msaa and the advanced settings in gta fix it. Also lowering reflections helps a lot.
In both arma and bf1 you are kinda screwed just turn down everything and see what you can get.
