Front panel connectors (usb, speaker, mic)

http://prnt.sc/eubre7 this one is the front panel audio connectors, normally its just a block and you plug the whole block in, so you will have to refer to the motherboard manual as to which plug goes in which pin.

Just had a look at your motherboard manual https://www.msi.com/Motherboard/support/H110M-PRO-VD.html#down-manual page 11, JUSB1 is for one of the USB connectors you have, id use this one in there http://prnt.sc/eubrjq.
