140mm vs 120mm fans

140mm fans will push more air at the same RPM, or push the same at a lower RPM (lower noise)*
*Assuming same model fans.

It really depends on what fans you are looking at, and their specs.
If noise dosent bother you, you arent running hot components, and you need the extra cash 120mm is fine.
