(Hi) Specs:

Mobo: MSI FM2-A75MA-P33 (MS-7721)
PSU: 500W be quiet! System Power7
Display: NEC MultiSync LCD 195VMX+

Also using Readon GPU rn, not nVidea in case that is important

GPUs are more important than CPUs for gaming, but there are limits there (no FX CPUs would work on an FM2 motherboard so you can ignore that suggestion). There will be some AAA games at which you start to see the limitations of your budget CPU start to really show themselves, but...

Yes it does, excellent psu but your CPU is not the greatest. Maybe find a cheap FX? And try to spend some more money for a ti version. The performance increase is worth it. At your display resolution, that card would be more than enough. Make sure to uninstall your amd drivers and then nvidia ones once you got your new GPU.

What do you mean by FX? I thought CPU's nowadays don't matter that much. I'm also intending to get a FullHD Screen soontm

A 1070 or 1080 would be much harder to get the benefit from with that CPU.
