Hardware noob here. wondering if someone can help me figure out what kind of rigs you could make at $2,000 and $3,000USD for adobe suite programs, maya, c4d, ableton, max msp, vdmx5, madmapper, and unreal engine 4.

I've needed to switch to a desktop build for a while now, my stupid macbook can't handle anything I'm trying to do anymore without it taking hours.

Thanks! I don't really need monitors, so that's close enough to a 2,000 setup
Any chance you could do a 3,000 and not include monitors?

Only need one SSD, that's a good $400 that could be put towards something else
Other than that, this looks promising, thank you

Then go all in I suppose. Infinite memory, insanely fast SSD. I don't believe any of those programs to be double precision for the gpu so the 1080ti is as fast as anything else.
