My pc wouldn't start with 2 sticks, so I took one out and it booted up and installed windows. Will it continue to work if I turn it off and install the second stick of ram?

Well if it turns on with 1 stick but there's no video and the other one works with video, one sounds faulty to me
Test them separately with memtest www.memtest.org
If one of them brings up errors, replace / RMA it

Yeah one is faulty but can I RMA it because I bought it in the beginning of December and when I built the pc and it didn't work but I didn't have time to find out what the issue was and now I finally have a few days off and after asking questions I learned what the problem was.
