I'm looking to purchase an EVGA 650 G3 power supply to replace my dead PSU. I own an Asus Maximum V Formula motherboard.
The motherboard's EATX12V socket is connected to my old PSU's EPS12V 8-pin socket. The socket on the motherboard and the old PSU are slotted / keyed in the same pattern. The mobo's EATXPWR and the old PSU's 24-pin socket are also slotted the same. See the first two images below.
With the new PSU you can see the MB and the CPU1 are not slotted the same as my motherboard. See third image below for the new PSU sockets. Am i missing something? Does the new PSU typically come with cables for these slots which then are properly keyed to my motherboard's sockets?
Should i be worried this new PSU will not be able to connect the MB and CPU1 to my motherboard?
