Currently Have A8-7600 Radeon R7 7650k and i'm wanting to upgrade to a AMD Athlon X4 860k and a gtx 1050 ti and another 8gb ram but i dont know if my psu has enough juice to do so. Don't judge what im doing to my PC. I play somewhat low end games.

System Model: k30bf m32bf _a_f_k31bf_6
Need To know please ;)

You didn't give much info to enable anyone to track down what system you have. I'm guessing it is an Asus pre-built tower similar to this one: https://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16883220689
If so, there should be a nameplate on the side of the PSU that tells you what the total wattage is as well as the important stuff, like the specs for the all-important +12V rail.
But generally speaking, if the pre-built has a 300W PSU, it will run the GTX 1050 Ti as long as you get one that does not require a 6-pin aux.power connector.

There is nothing on the internet about my pc. I would take the side panel off but it will void the warrenty.

If you are afraid to take the side panel off, you won't be able to install a gfx card anyway.
