I just got a EVGA GeForce GTX 950 and it ran fine for day, then suddenly, I started getting vertical lines scrolling right-to-left across the screen. I already swapped out both monitor and cable, which work fine on another computer.

It even shows up on the POST screen and BIOS setup, before the display drivers load. It doesn't seem to be a GPU issue, because it doesn't capture when I record the screen, just a display issue. I've tried re-seating the card, to rule out a dirty connection, but am otherwise stumped.
Anyone have any idea what might be causing this?
