i am confused becuase AMD Overdrive is saying its at around 50C when Hardware Monitor says its around 60C witch one do i belive?

Sometimes hardware monitoring softwares can mess out when using different ones at the same time.
Watch your temps in idle (not while gaming or web browsing) and compare them with the one you get in your BIOS (there's an hardware monitoring option inside it) so you can know exactly what program is giving you the right temp.

Otherwise I can assume that its sensor issue
