After Power Outage my pc wont turn on

Build;
Mobo: MSI H110M Pro VD
CPU: İ5 6500
GPU: MSI RX 460 4GB OC
Case: Everest Rhino 432
PSU: Everest 600W Pasif PFC
Ram: GSKILL 8 GB 2800Mhz CL15
HDD: 1TB WD 7200RPM
SSD: Corsair Force LE 120GB

Tried: Different PSU,different gpu,different power cable
Fans not working when i press power button. No LED on mobo,Reset CMOS.

I think you've pretty much covered all the diagnostics minus the "run with 1 stick of RAM" to make sure the issue is not memory related. The culprit is most likely your mobo, although I'd blame your low grade PSU for that. Replace that PSU even if another mobo works.
