Do you already have a monitor? If you have one that you think you might upgrade, I'd say get an RX 480 instead of a 1060 so you have FreeSync capability. Both cards are more or less the same performance, the 1060 usually wins by a few FPS but is $50 more expensive. Also get an i5-7600k rather than the one you put, it's the next gen and only around $15 more and compatible with that motherboard.
