My computer is having problems with overheating. At idle its at 30c. Under mild load its at around 60c and under heavy load it going up to 80+. It is causing random freezes and shutdowns. I have had the computer for about three years with no overheating issues before. A couple months ago the power supply died and I had to have it and the motherboard replaced. The problem has been happening for around a two weeks. I already tried cleaning the dust out and reseating the cooler. Its been running on this cooling system for years with no problems. What else could it be?

"and reseating the cooler."

Did you reapply new thermal paste? Usually you need to replace it every 1-2 years. Reseating the cooler without reapplying thermal paste also creates gaps in the thermal paste between the heatsink and the CPU leading to a poor heat transfer.
