I have a pentium e5400, 4 gigs of ddr2 and I need a CPU upgrade and ram and I am on a budget of 200 or under(I recommend under) have any suggestions.

go for another 8gig ram later if needed. if u feel 8gigs is fine, go for 2x4gb ram sticks of 2400 speed
