Ask CPU for Crossfire

Hai guys just bought parts for the next cpu, I have asrock B250 K4 Gaming board, G-skill 2400mhz 2x4GB, 2 units RX470 Sapphire Nitro+ (1 from the old cpu and bought another one), 120gb UV400 Kingstone SSD, 1TB Toshiba 7200rpm HDD, Superfolwer 750Watt Semi moduler

I need to get CPU for it, Should I go For i5-7600 / K or I7-7700 / K ?

I do not want to overspeck it so please advice on this,

It should be able to handle it but for gaming, I would go with 4 strong cores (i5-7600k) instead of two with hyperthreading (i3-7100). With the i3 it may bottleneck strongly in some more CPU demanding titles such as multiplayer GTA V, BF series, COD, CSGO etc.
