Laptop wont start up

I have an old Asus laptop model A450L with 4gb built in RAM and added extra RAM of 4gb and it works finely for almost one year. Suddenly today after using it in my class without power supply and only using battery in my class, my laptop suddenly wont start up afterwards and only shows power light but didnt show anything. I tried remove the extra RAM and it can start up but after adding back my extra RAM it wont start up! Please help me thanks ;(

Remove both memory and install one stick and see if your system recognize only one 4GB. Do the same procedure with the second 4GB. Chances are the extra RAM has gone bad.
