Hello, i have a little laptop.
CPU : I5-4200U 1.6 Ghz
GPU : AMD Radeon HD 8750M
RAM : 12GB RAM (UPGRADED from 4GB)
But i do managed to run Dying Light : The Following Enhanced Edition with medium setting.
So, can i run GTA 5 or with the system requirements same as GTA 5?

According to Can You Run It, your PC should be just fine running GTA V in terms of graphics card and RAM. But for the processor, your freqency seems a bit low (you have 1.6 Ghz where the minimum is 2.5 Ghz). I say you can give it a go, since the graphics card is more important in gaming than the processor (but it's still important).

CPU: Intel Core 2 Quad CPU Q6600 @ 2.40GHz (4 CPUs) / AMD Phenom 9850 Quad-Core Processor (4 CPUs) @ 2.5GHz

Is Dying Light graphic same as GTA V?

I was able to run gtaV on my old laptop with 2nd gen core i3 at 2.1 Ghz, nvidia 520M with 1 gb vram, 3 GB DDR3 ram at minimum settings. I think you can run it at better settings and fps. :)
