"Enter key automatically pressing on password entry then will not work when pressed" Help!

Hello, My keyboard problem started when I downloaded a ghostcript file and then my antivrus (360 total security) detected a trojan of some sort but instead of removing it, I ignored the virus and then all of a sudden windows started popping out everywhere, and if i will search something, it automatically opens it up. I installed avira to get rid of it and the virus was gone and so were the effects of it. However, day after that, upon logging in/password entry, enter key would automatically work and so it will keep on entering unless i click any other keys. Thats the only time the pressing stops. When i'm signed in or is typing, enter key doesnt work. To sum it up, enter key automatically presses only during lockscreen/password entry and will not work after that. Additional: Avira keeps detecting hidden objects

I did try roguekillee and it detected malwares. However, the problem still exist but I tried remapping "enter" to right shift but It still automatically "enters", could it be hardware?
