I put the build together quickly so go easy on me :)
Used mainly for gaming with occasional video editing, streaming, MSOffice document editing, etc.
Any possible conflict between components?
Donwgrade memory from 4133 to 3600? Does it make a difference?
Upgrade to 32G?
Use water cooling instead of traditional heat sink?
Thanks in advance for responses.

You went off the rails starting with the memory and overpaid so much you hurt performance that was possible. The 6800k will oc very near 7700k speeds and shread it editing. A 1080ti is maybe a bit weaker than 2*1070s in a few very specific titles that hardcore support sli. The 1080ti will beat them hands down in the majority of titles. Dunno how much that power supply was but there is no need to do that to yourself. There is no PSU actually superior to the once I added.

That memory I listed might not reach 4133 but they should get in the 3677/3800 range I'd you're willing to play with them and I suspect I got a 32gb quad channel kit for less than that 16gb kit :)
