Building a low-end amd editing rig

so i'm planned to build a small but powerful enough to do some editing, i actually want to build an intel rig, but because of my budget relatively low and i also gonna be using some part from my old desktop that should be compatible and still good(as i rarely use it and it still usable) so i decided to use amd part as i never use amd desktop before and they offer pretty good deal. but my main question is, is it good enough to do light editing task such as render in 1440p with 60fps (not mainly going to edit in this setting, but will do sometimes)? i use a laptop as my main computer for work and other thing, even tho it has kaby lake processor but it only has 2 cores. btw i will mainly build this for sony vegas editing use

parts that i'm planning to use:

processor: amd x4 860k quad cores 3.7ghz
motherboard: colorful battle axe C.A68HM-K V14

i choose cheap mobo because i might not use my pc frequently, only sometimes

i'm planned to use cooler master blizzard t2 or should i just keep using the included cooler? i actually want to get cooler like hyper 212 evo, but it is kinda rare here in my country

some old parts that i probably will use:
ram: v-gen 2gb 1600mhz ram. i know it is so small amount, but i will upgrade it soon if i build this
graphics card: nvidia gt 220 1gb, i will probably upgrade it to gt 710 or maybe gt 730, feel free to recommend other graphics card but make sure it is under or around $100

Solution
If you already have a laptop with an i5, use that, don't waste money on another system unless you can actually get a decent one. 2 GB RAM and a slow video card are just about useless for editing.

Look up benchmarks for your laptop CPU vs the X4 you want to get before buying parts, don't just guess it will be faster.

the main problem is, my budget really limited, and the x4 860k is like $42 here, meanwhile fx 6300 cost like around $100 here, especialyl i have to save as much budget as i can. i also only use it only for like maximum 1440p editing, but mostly 1080p usually. especially my 1080p. even my dual core i5 laptop can do 1080p 10 minute video for like less or around 10 minute, and slightly different duration with 1440p, which probably 8 cores not necessary for me and i can save my money a bit for good psu

I see, when i was telling about the fx 6300 (except from the better multicore perfomance) i thought about a price up to 50-60 euros and 70-80 fx 83xx.In your situation the 100 for the fx 6300 its not a good deal and 42 for the x4 its pretty decent given that you said its enough powerfull for your needs.I'd say then go for it.
