I checked NCIX Canada and they currently stock 2 aftermarket 1080 Ti's. The Gigabyte OC which is a cheaper but still a fair card > http://www.ncix.com/detail/gigabyte-geforce-gtx-1080-ti-9a-140444.htm. But if you are happy to spend a bit more (basically use the budget leftover from lowering RAM and Power Supply) there is the ROG STRIX which is a faster and better cooled card > http://www.ncix.com/detail/asus-rog-strix-geforce-gtx-ef-140464.htm. Let me know if either of these are good for you.

What will you be using it for? If only Gaming then 32GB RAM is overkill, 16GB will be plenty and you can still upgrade to 32GB later if necessary. I recommend switching to an aftermarket 1080 Ti as they are cooler and have factory overclocks, they will especially be better for someone who is overclocking. The Corsair H100i V2 is a good cooler choice it should OC the 7700K very well on that Motherboard. Everything else looks fine but you didn't include Storage. Hope this helps :)

I agree that 32gb of ram is overkill for gaming, 16gb is more than enough. I would also recommend a vendor 1080 ti with an open air cooler. Your power supply is way overkill, 650watts would be more than enough. Why in the world do you need a 300 dollar motherboard? Your money is better spent elsewhere, on an SSD perhaps.

Which country or specific shop are you looking to buy from? There are plenty of options about but it depends on what availability and prices you have. MSI Gaming X, Gigabyte Auros and Asus STRIX and EVGA FTW are among the best but might cost an extra $100+ over lower versions like the Gigabyte OC, Galax HOF, Palit JetStream, etc which would be fine.
