Fear.exe error while i open it..

The game's name is F.E.A.R. and i installed it.after installation when i try to open it,it shows an error.....

the error's description is
"failed to initiate client-unknown error"

Eventhough when i try to open the exe from config.exe,it shows the same error..

i don't understand why this happens....My system specs are:
processor-Intel Pentium D CPU 2.80 GHz
RAM-2.00 GB
System type-32-bit operating system
Video memory-512 mb
OS-Windows 7

please help me guys....

I dont know what version is this......

i think its rar version...

i got this pc from my uncle and when i get this pc, it had F.E.A.R game installed in it....
and it names the folder as ''fear rip version''..
and i think my uncle installed it from rar files.....
i also have dx9 and many frameworks(microsoft) installed in this pc....

was this error happened due to corrupt installations???
