So im going to build a gaming pc in a short time on really low budget. Should i go with...

Fx-8350 and MSI 760GM-P23

I5 3570 or I5 3570k (Any good mobo recommendation? That under $70)

And im going to use RX 480 4gb.
Or is there any equivalent cpu with almost same price?

Solution
The i3 7100 has a significant IPC advantage and a clockspeed advantage. The i3 6100 was a match for the i5 2400, and the i3 7100 is clocked 200mhz higher. Personally, I'd trade my 3rd gen i5 for a 7th gen i3 any day of the week.

Only in a couple of areas, but there's no upgrade path with a 3570K, where plenty of upgrade opportunities are possible with the i3-7100. If you want to pay a bit more, even an i5-7500 is better than the 3570K is given the CPU's age.

Get a 7100.
As said by @g-unit1111 , you can easily upgrade as you go considering the chipset socket is Kaby Lake.
FX processors are a bad buy in 2017.
Ivy bridge chips aren't a good buy in this day and age. Although the 3750k has good clock rates, a decent ammount of cores and lithography, its killed by its lack of threads.
Getting a cheap 7100 can leave your pocket open for getting a 7500 or even a 7600k in the future.

Depends on the motherboard. I wouldn't put a 7600K on a H270, though some H270 boards do let you overclock. But I wouldn't put an unlocked 7600K on say a B250 board. I definitely agree that the FX-8350 is a terrible buy especially with R5s coming this week and R3s coming relatively soon.

Yeah that's exactly my line of thinking - you're limiting yourself by buying a 4 year old CPU to begin with. Usually with processors, the newer the better, and even if you're on a limited budget you're better off buying something newer than something that's 4 years old. Plus with the new CPU comes support for new tech like M2-2280, DDR4, etc, which ensures that your system will last longer (ie future proofing) than it would if you buy something that's old to begin with.
