Cheap, Silent CPU Cooler? (LGA 1150)

Just wondering which air-coolers I could find on the cheap that fits the LGA 1150 Socket. I would also like it to be silent and perform reasonably well (i.e. not worse than Stock Intel Cooler - what I use atm.)

Think you could help?

I was thinking closer to the $20 - $25 range. The Cryorig is closer to $50 and the BeQuiet is in the high $30s. Easy installation coolers are also appreciated as I am not the best (athough I doubt CPU coolers can be THAT difficult to install).

Still, thanks for the response, although I will look for some other CPU cooler
