Application Error (Reference Memory)

First off, I have had numerous problems, it seems, in the past year or two. Many might not be related so I will just name the most common few.

The first one that is driving me mad is the EasyAntiCheat.dll missing files. Numerous games that use EAC have this problem on my PC, I follow some fixes online that sometimes work. Problem is the fixes never seem to stick around after a PC reboot or an extended day of gaming. For one instance whenever I want to play Squad.exe then I first have to DELETE the EAC folder in the game's directory and Verify the game files through Steam to reacquire them. Problem fixed until I reboot my rig.

The Second Issue I have that I will mention is SIMILAR to the first but has nothing to do with EAC. It is that I get an Application Error that says that the referenced memory could not be read at (location). I will provide Screenshots of both of these issues.

Lastly, Steam installs/ Updates tend to "Preallocate Data" for extended periods. Sometimes it takes 5 minutes of "Preallocation" before the install starts.

UPDATE!!!!!!! Everything is still the same as written EXCEPT, while writing this up and gathering my system specs using CPU-Z CPU ID, my computer went into a weird semi-frozen state that mostly didn't work (buttons sometimes didn't work but I could still interact with some applications.) REQUIRED manual power reset, would not shutdown.

Here are my system specs:

Windows 10 Pro 64-Bit
Motherboard: GA-Z77X-D3H (Bios and Drivers Updated August 2015)
Intel Core i5 3570K *Edit* 3.4GHz OC to 3.6GHz
Memory: Kingston 2x8 GB (Dimm 1/3) Corsair 2X4 GB (Dimm 2/4)
OS Drive: Samsung 840 Evo 120 GB
First Game Drive: Samsung 850 Evo 500 GB
Second Dame Drive: WD Black 1 TB
Archive/ Game Storage: WD Green 4 TB

Solution

Try removing the 2x4GB kit. If you still have the same issues, try using ONLY the 2x4GB kit. If you still have the same problems, then memory incompatibility isn't the issue. However, you could still have memory issues(a bad stick of ram). In that case, try running Memtest86 for several passes.

How long have you been running the mixed memory Kits? If one is new, I would suspect that you are having a compatibility problem with your ram.
Getting unmatched ram to work together is problematical at best and impossible at worst. Remember, they sell matched sets of ram for a reason!:D

I have always had some form of mixed memory, they are on separate channels and are running at 1333MHz I think because that is the highest common speed I believe. The Kingston memory was put in last year because I had a memory stick fail a few tests, before I believe it was Corsair Vengeance. From what I thought to be true was that mixing memory is FINE as long as the same package are on the same channel, As I have done shown above.

It is possible that you could boot with mismatched ram, but when you get into memory intensive applications, there could be minor incompatibilities that cause the symptoms you describe. I am not saying that this is your problem, just that it is the first place I would look for a solution.

So you think that the problems with launching my games is Memory related? I just don't want to spend money on new RAM if there is any other test/ ideas you or anyone else could think of.
