Can i use this memory on my M5A78L?

Team Elite Plus DDR3 PC12800 1600Mhz Dual Channel 8GB (2X4GB) 11-11-11-28 - TPD38G1600HC11DC01
so i cannot use this one?
Team Elite Plus DDR3 PC15000 1866Mhz 8GB 13-13-13-32 - TED38GM1866HC1301
i can use this but it got more than 1600Mhz
Her is my Motherboard spec
4 x DIMM, Max. 32GB, DDR3 2000(O.C.)/1866(O.C.)/1800(O.C.)/1600(O.C.)/1333/1066 MHz Memory
