If you in any way value performance then Crucial 300 or Smasung 750 is the best options.
Most all the other current gen budget drives are bassed off of Toshiba 3d TLC and most of these are only marignally better then a mechanical drive.
Out of that bunch the PNY CS1311 is the most decent.
