Honestly i dont know how to describe this or what, im not very smart in this internet field but something is or at least im led to believe chewing up my damn internet. I provided some pics and hopefully someone knowledgeable will see this. this svchost just seems like its using a lot???

I clicked check for updates and this is what poped up for whats downloading

Cumulative Update for Windows 10 Version 1607 for x64-based Systems (KB4015438).

Looking at those images, I see that you are using 94% of your hard drive. While this won't have any affect on your Internet, it very well could be causing you problems if updates are needing to download but there isn't enough space to do so. Try clearing up a few gigs of space and see what happens, if anything. Just a thought.

I was running a full virus scan. Its back to normal now that its done
