Setting up Wireless access points with router, guest network, portal ID page, security concerns

Hi to all.
I need to add wifi coverage to our commercial space. Since we're not open yet, I will have to use a port on one of the existing routers in the building for now. I believe the various routers in the building are all connected to fiber, ultimately.

I plan to use two or more Unifi Pro AC access points with their cloud key to allow me to run a guest portal page without a dedicated computer. My big concerns is, if I hook up the APs to a router port, is there any chance someone on the wifi could hack into one of the other networks wired to the router? Or do most routers just connect each port to the internet, not to each other? I'm sort of assuming that if the other networks are PW protected, it should be fairly secure anyways. I'm just not real clear on all the functions a router has and the possible configurations.
Any advice would be most appreciated!
Thank you,
Bryan

It depends on the router. Business class routers can segregate. Home routers not-so-much. You will have to provide more info on what hardware you have.
