Have you considered getting another case for it? Cheap ATX case with a decent ATX power supply to feed your 1060. Just move the motherboard/cpu/ram and storage from the sff and to the new case. At least thats what I would do.

We'd need to know the exact case (or just look at the PSU) as there are two types of PSU's for SFF's in general:
a) ATX, and
b) SFX
You should also use semi-modular or fully-modular to avoid wire clutter.
Check PCPARTPICKER once you figure it out. Depending on the CPU, OC etc probably 450W+ is fine.
I'll try to link a PSU but I don't know if SFX is what you need.

There's an example of a 450W SFX PSU. It's got plenty of GPU cables as you need at most a 1x8-pin, or 2x6-pin. It can handle 2x6+2 so 2x8, or 2x6, or 1x8 plus 1x6.
